Weight loss story: “I lost 11 kilos with Intermittent Fasting” | The Times of India

Intermittent Fasting was the regime that I adopted during the lockdown period and it helped me greatly.

Breakfast: Firstly, I used to have 2-3 glasses of warm water in the morning. My fasting window would break at 10 a.m., which was when I used to have fruit salad mostly. Some days, I also ate besan chilla/ sprouts etc.

Lunch: For lunch, mostly 2 chapatis with a bowl of green vegetable and daal. I completely gave up having rice.

Dinner: I have always tried to stick to my dinnertime, which is 6 p.m. so that my intermittent regime doesn’t break. So, I would usually have something like oats prepared in skimmed toned milk or any soup with loads of veggies.

I didn’t have any pre/post-workout meal as such. What I had was enough to fuel me.

Low-calorie recipes I swear by: Mostly soups and oatmeal.
