However, despite his early success in the political arena, he was largely unsuccessful.
A CA and an activist, Chadha has long been an active figure in the anti-corruption movement. He was in London when the India Against Corruption movement first began in India. He is a star in AAP Prime Time TV shows and met Arvind Kejriwal after the Anna Aandolan. The AAP leader wanted him to draft the Jan Lokpal Bill, which he helped craft. Then, he joined the AAP. He worked with Ram Jethmalani in the Arun Jaitley defamation case, which was later dropped by the courts.
After the Delhi riots of 2020, Raghav Chadha and Arvind Kejriwal had a chance to talk about the future of Indian politics. A BJP leader endorsed the idea of a Lokpal Bill and invited Raghav Chadha to contribute to it. As a chartered accountant by profession, Chadha was involved in framing the legislation. He is set to become the youngest member of the Rajya Sabha. Elections for five Upper House seats from Punjab are scheduled for March 31.
