NEW YORK – Actor William Joseph Lara aka Joe Lara, who became famous in the nineties as Tarzan, died in a plane crash. Their plane crashed into Percy Priest Lake near Nashville (Nashville). The 58-year-old who was travelling by jet with his wife Gwen Lara and five others. The fire brigade team rushed to the spot as soon as they came to know about the incident. Police have launched an investigation into the case.

According to Western media reports, police are searching for the bodies of six others, including Joseph Lara. The plane crash was so terrible that no one seems likely to survive. The captain of Rutherford County Fire Rescue also made a statement on Sunday. In his statement, he said that ‘search and rescue operations are going on in the lake near Smirna (Smyrna).’ The seven people travelling by this plane have been identified as Brandon Hana, Gwen S Lara, William Joseph Lara, David L. Martin, Jennifer J. Martin, Jessica Walters and Jonathan Walters. They were all residents of Brentwood in Tennessee. Their names have been announced only after confirmation from family members.
